Young, fresh and fragrant wine of intense rose colour, ready to be tasted in Spring following harvest.

STRENGTH: 13%vol.

WINE VARIETAL: Merlot 100%

VINEYARD: Exposed to South-East, cultivated with the low arch Guyot system and with low environmental impact organic treatments.

AVERAGE ANNUAL YIELD: 8000 Kgs of grapes per hectare.

AGEING AND REFINING: Winemaking and maceration without grape skin for 5 – 6 days, depending on the vintage.

At the end of the fermentation, it ages in vitrified tanks until the bottling. For being a wine suitable for the everyday consumption, it requires less ageing in the tank and is usually bottled in May. The refining is made in the bottle for about one month before being distributed.

FRAGRANCE: Fresh and fruity it evokes cherries.

TASTE: : Dry with average structure, soft with balanced acidity.

FOOD PAIRING: Excellent pairing with starters and springtime first courses, omelette with field herbs, savoury pies, vegetables, fish courses. Great if served as aperitif.

PRESERVATION: Young wine manifesting the best of its characteristics in the early 3 years.


RECOMMENDED WINE GLASS: Glass with average rim.
