Tasting

You are welcome to come and discover the beauty of our hills, the taste of our cuisine, the fragrance of our wines.

Upon reservation, our firm organizes individual or group visits to broaden the knowledge of the territory, our wine cellar and products. The visits are organized, as follows: at first we start with a nice walk in the vineyard (depending on the weather) to explain the methods of cultivation. Afterwards, we move to the wine cellar where you will be able to touch by hand the wine making systems we use.
At noon or in the afternoon we introduce our local delicatessen products and serve them along with our wines. Salami and cold cuts, “plin” (pinched ravioli filled local dough), typical products of the Langhe cuisine, hazelnut cake, a variety of local specialty cheese served together with a typical must jam called Cugnà. Finally we serve coffee and grappa.
